Gary E. Lotzer
Gary Lotzer is a Senior Managing Director with Mentor Securities and The Mentor Group. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lotzer is expert in business and IP valuation, business and marketing plans, industry research and financial modeling. His valuations have been used for partner dissolutions, IRS estate tax support, litigation damages, business sales, financings, bankruptcy, and more. Mr. Lotzer has provided his expertise to numerous investment banking engagements, including sales of businesses and business assets and all forms of structuring debt and equity capital.
Mr. Lotzer has over 30 years of diverse business experience, across a wide spectrum of industries. He served in several C Suite roles and started private companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He has also participated in IPO’s and public finance. Mr. Lotzer has significant expertise in completing joint venture, venture backed and turnaround transactions.
Prior to The Mentor Group and Mentor Securities, Mr. Lotzer was with Nexus Brokerage and Vantera Partners, the latter is a corporate advisory and merchant banking firm. Additionally, he was a registered investment banker with Hunter Wise Securities.
