Wesley E. Romberger III
Mr. Romberger is a Managing Director with The Mentor Group since 1996. He manages our Whittier, California office. He has diverse and substantive expertise in the valuation of public, private and closely-held companies. Engagements have involved various classes of common stock, preferred stock, debt, options or warrants, derivative securities pricing and intangible assets. Clients have relied on his expertise to provide support for mergers/acquisitions, tax negotiations, expert witness testimony, buy/sell agreements, financing, and financial consultation.

Mr. Romberger has designed and implemented numerous financial models utilized in our valuation, bankruptcy and structured finance practices. Additionally, he has conducted extensive research on the net asset value discount for Family Limited Partnerships (FLP). He has completed valuations that dealt with IPO=s, acquisitions and mergers, Rule 144 stock or restricted securities, solvency testing for bankruptcy, estate and gift taxes, restructuring, private and public placements of debt and equity, corporate dissolution, ESOP=s, LBO=s, MBO=s, fairness opinions and others. His research and expertise covers a wide range of industries, lines of business, and numerous intangible assets.
Prior to working with The Mentor Group, Mr. Romberger was a manager in the Financial Advisory Service practice of Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
